For ladies, having high expectation in life does not necessary mean being married rich. Always enabling ourselves to reflect the best impression of outward looking and inward feeling is, in fact, my definition of “high expectation”. It is not a passive stress for obliging some kind of standards, but it is an enjoyment in the process of keeping ourselves beautiful in every aspect of our body, our presentation and our behaviors.

I am a full time HR professional, and a TCM slimming practitioner. After many years of commercial life, at one point of time, I decided to expand my bandwidth of knowledge re-generating. I went to Beijing to live for some time, learn TCM slimming course and graduated.
